Greg W. Burriss, M.Div.
 Pastor

Pastor Greg W. Burriss was born in Dillon, S.C., and raised not far from Rocky River Baptist Church, in Sanford, N.C. He graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received his Master of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Ky. Greg pastored churches in Madison, Ind., and Frankfort, Ky., before coming to Rocky River in 1996. He enjoys reading, theater and music, and martial arts. Greg is married to the former Vicky Holder of Broadway, N.C., and the couple has two children, Bethany and Daniel.
